NEW easy way to Scrapbook

How about a pretty easy scrapbook idea? 

Yes yes today i want share, a pretty mini easy scrapbook. I just spent less than 1 hr to make this cutee. This is card style folding mini scrapbook, and its perfect for tucking away mementos or you can teach your kids too  :)

Here it is my book,

1)  First i choose thick cardstock, And DMC have beautiful metallic gold matte finish cardstock (250 gs).

That is perfect for royal style look gift ;-)

2)  Cardstock size is 12 X 12 inch , i cut it as 6.15 X 12 inch

I score the line 5.5" , 6", 10.5 "

3)  Folding like Book

4)  Then i took light weight card stock, it's for my book pages

5)  Size of my pages is 5.15" X 6" 

like 4 folds, that means 8 pages

6) This is the way i connect the 4 folds. Using red tacky tape. Its very clean and sharp sticker

7)  Connected all  pages. And the last connector is for attaching on main paper (metallic card stock)

8)  Use masking tape or any thine paper to cover the back side. So the entire connected papers look as a book.

9)  Start decoration. I choose Graphic 45 Floral collection Paper pad, And i have the entire set. Like sticker, cardstock cutouts.

10)  Making side pocket

11)  Designing cover part is all about your style. Our aim is making pretty. My style.......I love to use white chipboard, flowers, beads, gems, metal charms (many more )and few words sticker too :)

Can you find those tags...Yes thats i cut it from DMC punch. Its my favorite tag design.

And the Final Output is

I think i already shared many cutee scrapbooks.

Craft with DRESS MY CRAFT

Hello Everyone!  

Happy to be back after a bit. I'm here to shake up the year 2017 and provide you with a photo tutorial so you can shake it up as well. I feel stronger and more confident to get back into card making and scrapbook making! Yes, I have made my First Shaker card, and cute gift box & Mixed media scrap-book layout, actually i challenge myself to make these three with Dress my craft products 

This cute box was so much fun to make with Dress my craft‘s New sequence and Prima marketing soft color paper. Just love it so much! Yes, I’m a tiny-mini-cute-mind-type of person…:-) love small and cute gifts!

Here is my cute and wondering layout, It is just beautiful! I feel it, Because its not my usual style. After long time i tried water color layout

Jaya Raguvanshi...Crafters corner previous DT member, she is my inspiration to make this scrap layout :-) 

I love all aspects of stamping, coloring, embellishing  scrap-booking, and mixed media work but I suppose my style is mainly altered mixed media. Those of you who know me know that I love making my own  style mini creations. So sharing 3 projects with you... how i made these with basic steps

MINIATURE DRESSER ROOM

Hi Crafty Lovers,

Happy Saturday morning to you all, Suzna here with a easy tutorial on how to make miniature dresser room. I had so fun making all this projects with the wonderful Graphic 45 Gilded lilly papers and lots of metal charms collection from Crafters corner. 

I didn’t get time to make a video so this post is photo heavy!

Here is Embellishments pics which i used in front cover decor

I am a totally sucker for making mini things and i have got an idea to make small stand for keep dresses.

Also made tiny quarter circle stand to keep small things

Here is some basic steps

1. Making cover as like album covering : 2mm chipboard with fabric cloth 

I wrapped the cover with fabric cloth

Next layer covering i used fabriano plan card stock 

Attaching 6X9 inch MDF tray and painted with Prima iridescent gold metallic powder 

Making basket : Glued the burlap on card stock, and cut as you like 

Here i took Dusty attic dresser to arrange my dresser room. And these are the materials i used to decorate inside and outside

Cut the Dusty attic dresser chipboard like this 

 Layered the table with drawer to make them pop up. 

Coloring : Use walnut stain distress ink and Mode podge matte finish  

Carefully remove the center oval part and add mirror. Here i used cake base as the mirror. Its easy to cut  

Making Stand - I made this stand using 1mm chipboard with lolly pop stick. Paint the whole frame with Prima acrylic metallique steampunk copper. Resin frame give the royal look
