Our New group of Dt members

Hi all......i still remember that time when we started our crafters corner blog about six months and i had completely no idea how to go about it......but trust me time flies like anything......and i cant believe that its already been six months for the crafters corner blog......isnt LOVELY......i still cant beleive it ....pinch me....awwww........yes yes its been six months.......

I am sure you all must have had same amount of fun as we did......it was an amzing journey with all our lovely Dt members Anita , Hussena, Mallika , Kavitha, Shalini and Priya ....they inspired everyone like anything......their lovely styles were so different and unique that it always attracted each one of us.....

Anita's hold on Magnolia and its coloring.....simply awesome.....

Hussena's ultimate sweet and sober card looks ...OMG nobody can defeat that....

Mallika's amazing vintage style....i dont know how come she manages such beautiful projects only with brown and black color...

Kavitha's elegant style card of card making which can attract any age group.....

Shalini"s unique style of blend of vintage in nice bright tones...

Priya's rich style of assembling the things and using a lot of folds.....

Dont you think guys they all were amazing......

YES THEY WERE FOR SURE.....HATTS OFF TO YOU ALL.

But as bad things dont stay for long as do good ones so we have a bad news to share with you all and two good news.....

Bad news is that we wont have Kavitha anymore for our next DT term as she is over occupied with her own responsibilities of her own challenge blog......as we all know that she has her own beautiful challenge blog so she wont be able to work as a DT anymore with us but she will always be very dear to us and we will certainly look forward to her to join us again....She has been a great friend and DT for us.....All the very best to Kavitha for her future plans.....

And now the good news is that we have two more people joining in with us .....i am not going to waste even a minute to introduce them to you so here is the NEW team of CRAFTERS CORNER:

I make you sure that our new team of Dt members will make everything more interesting and fun filled for you.....

Tutorial - How to add picture in sidebar

Hello Friends
This is Mallika from Aola Handmade Cards  here and I am here with a small techno Tutorial .
In this tutorial I will be guiding you on how to add the picture to your sidebar.
I was am thrilled to say that the few top positions have been taken by newbies , it makes me so happy that we have bought the best out of them .
Basically the need for this tutorial is because many new bloggers face problem when it comes to adding pictures .
I will guide you step by step on how to this through a series of pictures .
I have tried my best explaining , but still if you don't shoot a mail at mallikakejriwal@gmail.com . I will assist you .
Click on the picture to make it big .
Step 1
Simply open your dashboard

Step 2 

Select layout tab . 

Step 3 - 

Select add a gadget 

Step 4 - 

A window like this will pop up .

Step 5 - 

See basically these are the list of different widgets which you can add to your blog to increase the functionality . You can add HTML codes for different widgets . You can add tag tabs loads of things . All you need to do is leave your fear and experiment . It is no rocket science . Its simple . 

Now select Picture . 

Step 6 - 

Now a window will pop up .

Simple upload the image which is with you from your computer location . 

You can add a title and caption 

The url is masked , ie it won't show up on blog . When a person will click on the picture he will be redirected to the url specified . 

Easy easy right ? 

 Step 7 -
Now just save this .

 Step 8 -
After saving , you have to do placement of your widget .
Can you see the red block , Basically that the are where your widget is on the blog .
Now simply take your mouse to that area and a move cursor will appear .Click on it and drag your box to your desired position

 Step 9 -

Can you see the box now at my desired position .

 Step 10 -
Simply save the arrangement . Don't forget this step .

Step 11 -
Voila ! Its appering on my blog
