DIY Handbag Charms / Keychains

DIY Felt Charms
Hi crafters...many of you know I have a crafty daughter ...well for today's post, my daughter Prisha [who just turned 10 last month] is donning the DT cap for Crafters Corner and demoing these adorable DIY felt kits to make adorable keychains/bag charms.
DIY Felt Kits
Before you go away be sure catch the first few seconds of this video which includes a classic "faux pas"and my little one agreed to include in the final video in the hope that it will make you smile!!

What I love about this DIY  kit is
  1. It includes all the materials to make the keychains/ charms including high quality felt, stuffing and a fabulous plastic needle which is especially cool and we have saved it for use in future projects too
  2. Level of difficulty : It is not too easy and not too difficult to do  so good for adults or children who are dextrous enough to handle threading and tiny embellishments
  3. Versatility- the owl and butterfly can be used as a  keychain or to add to a bag or simple as a decorative item
  4. Economic to gift crafty souls
Felt Owl Bag Charm
So here is the cutie owl my kiddo made . My daughter is learning french this year and has named her little owl " Hibou" which is french for owl!
Hibou is hanging  happily on her school bag and goes to school everyday!!
Felt Butterfly
And here is the cheerful stuffed felt butterfly fluttering by our terrace garden!
I hoped you liked my kiddo's DT work and do give her video a thumbs up!!
Love
Dr Sonia
