Hello everyone!
Today I'm here to share a tutorial with all of you.
Well I am sure you all have a lot of scraps and tiny pieces of pretty pattern papers lying around so how about using them to make something pretty?
Well today we will be making some tiles. You can use these tiles to make a wall hanging or add some magenets to them and use as fridge magnets or well use them in printer trays/shadow boxes, on cards and what not. So here's what I've made
I started with cutting some pieces of chipboard and trimming down my scraps to the same sizes.
Next I distressed the edges using the prima distressing tool. Its a lovely tool and give you a perfect shabby look. Its such a must have!
I layered some pattern paper and stuck the pieces to the chipboard using tacky tape
I added some charms, lace and resin cameo. For the finishing I've a die cut by spellbinders and my favourite liquid perals. The charms add the perfect touch to it! And not to miss our store has recetly launched an awesome collection of charms! Do check them out!
Now for the remaining two tiles i decided to do some fussy cutting. I've used the super awesome parchment scissors for fussy cutting. I just love these scissors they help you cut the tiniest of the pieces and are excellent for fussy cutting!
I did the same steps for the last 2 tiles aswell.
Hope you all liked the tiles and have fun making them for your projects!
Have a great day!
